Halo I've been busy(not really just lazy&tired) nowadays.I actually wanted to post on Friday but was dam tired from going to gym.Wanted to post last Friday oso dam tired and lazy.Man my whole body is aching due to working out alot in the gym.let's see where shall I start.... how abt on Thurs.

Thurs
On thurs well firstly was my early mornin' soccer training wow surprisingly not much came oni like 10 I think or 9. During training did abit of skill.5 people are chasing the ball on me and I thought I'm gonna lose 'battle'. Hey! its 5 vs 1 ! WAd u expect.BUT with alot of skill I passed all of 'em without even struggling. Skill is important but technical abilities are more important.Shaufy was there he came late coz woke up late.He said I act and too much then he ran towards me. Well I was abit pressured due to the way he ran to me and his physical size and strength I quickly passed it to my partner Johnathan who missed it and then we 2 had to chase after the ball again. Then the rest of the day was fine.Nth much.

Friday
Firstly had training a physical one.WTF oni 3 came Me Johnathan and Syukri.JJ sick Shaufy not coming same wif Din, Zhi Ming, Sam, Zul&Amirul. Fahmi suffered sore eyes. Then we three ran 4.8km. WOOT! I ran strainght non-stop.not stopping for the whole 12 rounds at the stadium. Johnny completed 11 rounds he stopped 2-3 times I think. Syukri ran for 10 rounds and stopped for 2-3 times I think. Then after resting for a while I skipped on a 150 times with heavy legs pretty quickly. Then we went to buy drinks and snacks to fill our stomach b4 heading to the gym. Syukri who had lost his ez link cannot go so oni I adn Johnathan went to the gym. We workout from 9:15 to 10:30a.m. 1 hour. I focused on my arms and legs and abit on abs and chest. we worked till our arms were sore. I ran on the trackmill for 1.8 km pretty easy actually.Then we saw afew 'monsters' those with huge,humongus, enormous muscles. They carried the weights as if they were a pillow. Man they are the last persons u want to mess with. After dat went home I quickly bathe and ate b4 going to Friday prayer. I came back to pack my bag to go to my cousin hse for a sleepover. At night played a few prank calls on our frens. Sum1 phone was spoiled so she did not heard the prank DAM!

Saturday
Woke up at 6 (finding my whole body aching like hell) and prayed then woke up again at 8:30 and bathe b4 heading out wif my cousin on our bicycle around the jurong neighbourhood. We cycled for an hour b4 heading home. We watched TV and see my older cousin using the com.We then had a huge breakfast and then used the com till I went home like 2:30 p.m.I did all the things pretty slowly coz my arms aches. I got up pretty slowly too.Then nth else until I used the com to post and play games.
