actually must do lyke 100 push up!
and 100 sit ups so how's dat Tiring rite den must round
10 rounds.We are supposed to do dat becoz it was raining.I was so damn tired hor...
Then we had to do phsical chain where quick footwork comes in.(my favourite)after dat comes the high thighs.After all dat body killing hand aching and leg torturing exercise.... the heavy rain stopped.everyone happy seh...can play soccer.

We played sec1 vs sec2.I played left midfield not my fav. position.then becoz of my chase ourfirst sec1 goal came in.I decided to change position wif JJ(Jun Jie)He played right midfield.(my ok position)There I played physicaly pushing and chasing after the ball.

About 2day I received threee papers(well somehow)and I failed my ENG 48/50 but the rest all O.K.Shaufy today painted below his nose red showing as if he has nose bleed.LOLX. Today I accompanied my Mom to the clinc she have a bad toothache and need to go through a checking dat causes headache.So i need 2 accompanied her so she won't faint.I ate at the banquet at Jurong point.I bought beef horfun one of my fav food.
Well dat all for today I'm pretty tired now.. need to rest
